Course Information

The Time to Tri Super-Sprint features a shorter 1/4 mile open water swim, one loop of the Red Hills Triathlon bike course for 9.6 miles and a 2 mile run through Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park.

Athletes may only pick up their own packets. Under no circumstances may an athlete pick up a packet for another person. USA Triathlon insists that you require every athlete to attend packet pickup so their membership status and photo ID can be verified.

The Red Hills Triathlon, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the race or start at a later time. This would only be done for inclement weather, emergencies, or natural disasters. In the event of a cancellation there will be no refunds of entry fees. In the event of a cancellation for any other reason there will be no refund of entry fees. Entry fees cannot be transferred to another individual.

All USAT rules will be in effect. 

Helmets must meet or exceed the safety standards of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Additional Information

ALL COMPETITORS MUST SIGN THE USAT WAIVER!! 

MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE AWARDS.

Photo ID: ALL athletes are required to show photo ID at packet pickup. NO ID, NO RACE, NO EXCEPTIONS. Every single participant in the race must have a photo ID.
